This item ships USPS Priority Mail and tracking is included.
**We cannot guarantee a delivery date, we can only provide you with an estimate.  Once the package is picked up from USPS, it is in their control as far as delivery dates**

Cancellations MUST be completed the SAME DAY as the order. 
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY, within 24 hours of delivery so that we can assist you.
If there was an error made on our behalf, the pen must be returned and inspected, this also must be done within 24 hours of delivery. We are NOT responsible for scratched, dropped or mishandling of your item.
Due to the multiple variations of computer monitors and lighting, the products actual color may vary slightly compared to the photos.
Please keep in mind that each of our products are handmade and made-to-order and each one could be slightly different from the others!  No two items will be the same.
Photos are taken in an at-home photo studio and edited. The best possible image is selected to show what the color looks like in person. 
Any accessories or props shown in the pictures, other than the product itself, are NOT included with the purchase.

By Purchasing a product, you agree to the following:
Once the order has been placed, you have 24 hours to make any changes or cancellations to your item. After 24 Hours I DO NOT accept any changes or cancellations due to the customization of every item I create.
Please be as specific as possible when giving us information about decals, glitter colors, or anything else you want on your pen. We cannot make any changes once you receive your pen if you are unhappy with the choices you have picked or if you lacked to specify something.
Once your item has been delivered, you have 24 hours to contact me if there is any problem with your item caused by an error ON MY PART. Buyer is responsible for shipping to me if this is the case, I will then fix the item at no charge to you however shipping will be the BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY.
All items are handmade and are subject to minimal imperfections. I strive to create high quality products, however keep in mind these are love-crafted products and I am not perfect.
