SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How We Do It

Our current processing times are listed below:​

  • Glitters, Glitter Bundles, Polymer Clays, Micas, Cabochons, etc. - same day or next business day

  • RTS Tumblers - 3-5 business days

  • Custom tumbler orders - 2-3 weeks (depending on the complexity of the design)

    • Creating these one-of-a-kind unique tumblers is a lengthy process that has various steps with specific drying and curing times.

    • If you need a tumbler for a specific date, please message me prior to placing your order to be sure I can accommodate your request.

  • "Drunk on Glitter" Monthly Subscription Box - will ship on or before the 15th of each month.  Each subscription box will ship via USPS. 

**We cannot guarantee a delivery date, we can only provide you with an estimate. Once the package is picked up from USPS or UPS, it is in their control as far as delivery dates**

OUR RETURN POLICY

The Small Print

Glitters, Glitter Bundles, Polymer Clays, Micas, Cabochons, etc.

NO RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES will be issued due to the misuse of the product by the buyer.  It is the customer's responsibility to use the product correctly once in their hands. 

Drunk on Glitter Monthly Subscription Boxes

  • No Promo or discount codes will be applied. This is an already discounted purchase.

  • NO RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES will be issued due to the misuse of the product by the buyer.

  • For revisions/changes to the shipping address and payment method please update your account prior to your monthly payment withdrawal. Once payment is withdrawn, the order will be processed and shipped accordingly. 

  • For cancellations please email your name, address, and phone# to info@sincityglitterco.com

RTS Tumblers & Custom Tumbler Orders

By Purchasing a product, you agree to the following:

  • Once the order has been placed, you have 24 hours to make any changes or cancellations to your item. After 24 Hours I do not accept any changes or cancellations due to the customization of every item I create.

  • Once your item has been delivered, you have 24 hours to contact me if there is any problem with your item caused by an error ON MY PART. Buyer is responsible for shipping to me if this is the case, I will then fix the item at no charge to you however shipping will be the BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY.

  • Any non-glittered items are not guaranteed to be glitter-free due to glitter being an almost impossible thing to get rid of.

  • All items are handmade and are subject to minimal imperfections. I strive to create high-quality products however keep in mind these are love-crafted products and I am not perfect.
