  • If I sent you an email and /or message, when can I expect to receive a reply?
    All correspondence received during business hours will receive a reply within 24- hours. Any correspondences received after hours or on the weekend will receive a reply within 24-48 hours from the start of regular business hours. For example: if you send an email on Wednesday at 8 pm, I will reply back to you within 24- hrs starting on Thursday at 8 am.
  • Do you offer local pick-up and/or delivery?
    Local pick-up and/or delivery are available. Please email me your Order # and we will coordinate details.
  • I am local, do you have a storefront?
    Unfortunately, I do not have a storefront. However you can schedule a local-pick. Just message me with your name and order # and I will email you to coordinate a date and time for a local pick-up.
  • Do you ship to Alaska, Hawai'i and Canada?
    YES. Checkout as normal and correct shipping rates will calculate at checkout.
  • What are your business hours?
    Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Excluding weekends and holidays
