This is a Ready To Ship (RTS) tumbler.  Same-day shipping. No additional customization is allowed with this purchase. 
 
This is a sublimation tumbler, which means the design is baked onto the tumbler using high heat and pressure.  We do not use epoxy or epoxy alternatives on this type of tumbler.  The design will not peel  as it is baked onto the substrate. 
 
TUMBLER CARE
My tumblers are all individually handmade labors of love and need to be treated with care.  Each tumbler is crafted with care and should be cared for just as much.

The full cure time for my tumblers is 30 days. They can be used about a week after the last coat is applied but handled with extra care during the cure time. Soaking your tumbler could result in cracking so be sure to towel dry it. Dropping your tumbler could result in chipping because of the hard, glass-like finish.
 
I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on tumblers or custom orders.
 
**Due to the handmade nature of my tumblers, minor imperfections are sometimes unavoidable (specs of glitter or dust). I try my best to make sure everything is perfect but some things are unavoidable with this craft.

The current processing time for a custom sublimation hookah tumbler is 1-2 weeks. Creating these one-of-a-kind unique tumblers is a lengthy process that has various steps with specific drying and curing times.
 
If you need a tumbler for a specific date, please message me prior to placing your order to be sure I can accommodate your request.
 
Shipping times vary based on the location (where you live). Most tumblers are received within 3-5 days of when they are SHIPPED
**We cannot guarantee a delivery date, we can only provide you with an estimate. Once the package is picked up from USPS, it is in their control as far as delivery dates**

By Purchasing a product, you agree to the following:
Once the order has been placed, you have 24 hours to make any changes or cancellations to your item. After 24 Hours I do not accept any changes or cancellations due to the customization of every item I create.
 
Please be as specific as possible when giving us information about decals, glitter colors, or anything else you want on your tumbler. We cannot make any changes once you receive your tumbler if you are unhappy with the choices you have picked or if you lacked to specify something.
 
Once your item has been delivered, you have 24 hours to contact me if there is any problem with your item caused by an error ON MY PART. The buyer is responsible for shipping to me if this is the case, I will then fix the item at no charge to you however shipping will be the BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY.
 
Any non-glittered items are not guaranteed to be glitter-free due to glitter being an almost impossible thing to get rid of.
 
All items are handmade and are subject to minimal imperfections. I strive to create high-quality products however keep in mind these are love-crafted products and I am not perfect.
